Directions for use:

1.Adjust the buckle and elastic connector for the best fit.

2. Put on the posture stabilizer and keep your back straight, then press the switch for 3 seconds to activate the reminder

3.Keep your back straight until the reminder vibrates 2 times, which means you have registered the correct posture;

4.When you have hump bend above 25 degrees, the reminder will detect it automatically and start vibration to remind you;

5.Press and hold the switch for 3 seconds to turn off the device.
