The device is designed to search and identify cables without damaging the insulation. It helps in finding broken lines, points of damage and tests their continuity. The sensitivity of the device allows it to work with cables up to 100 pairs. In order to validate the test, it is recommended by the device to be used on cables disconnected from others.
