Fluorum:

Duraphat toothpaste contains fluoride - a microelement necessary to maintain the health and good condition of teeth. It works according to three mechanisms: it inhibits the processes responsible for the softening of enamel, promotes its remineralisation and fights microorganisms responsible for the development of carious lesions. It complements comprehensive anti-caries therapy.

1 g of Duraphat paste contains 5 mg of sodium fluoride, corresponding to 5000 ppm of fluoride.

The product is intended only for adults and adolescents over 16 years of age.

Indications:

Caries prevention in adults, especially in patients at risk of high-intensity caries.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to fluoride or any of the other ingredients of the drug.

Simultaneous use of other fluoride preparations (fluorinated water, tablets, gums, pastes).

Age under 16.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using the preparation.

Dosage:

Preparation for oral use.

Brush your teeth for at least 3 minutes.

Adults and adolescents over 16 years of age:

2 cm of paste 3 times a day after each meal.

· Do not exceed the recommended doses.

Duraphat 5000 - side effects

Before using the product, familiarize yourself with the potential for interactions with other active substances.

Duraphat paste may cause irritation of the oral mucosa and a burning sensation.

The excipients include menthol.

· Excessive use of fluoride preparations leads to fluorosis.
