Instructions for use

1.Remove the helium cylinder from the carton.

2. Unscrew the valve on the cylinder by turning the valve against the valve movement.

3. Put a balloon on the black end of the reducer (rubber), take it through the neck that adheres well to its ends of the reducer.

4. Tightly pressing balloons ending down - down - helium filling will begin.

5. Tie the balloon.

6. Close the valve.
