Inside the lama there is a pocket with a heating insert filled with cherry stones, the pleasant warmth of which will allow you to relax. It is heated in the microwave and can be done many times.

To feel its pleasant warmth, it is enough to take a cherry stone hot water bottle from its pocket and put it in a microwave or electric oven for a while. You can also use it without the insert - it will be useful, for example, during a nap. The hot water bottle can also be used separately, and also used as a cold compress, e.g. for bruises.

The gadget in a nutshell:

- the stones have been thoroughly dried and mechanically cleaned

Heating and freezing the insert with stones:
- in a microwave oven: 600 W, max. 1.5 minutes
- in an electric oven: temperature 100 degrees Celsius, approx. 15 minutes.
- cold compress: put the cartridge in the freezer or refrigerator for approx. 30 - 40 minutes
- Attention! The time and the heating power / temperature should be properly selected so that you do not burn yourself.
