Substrate for exotic plants in a terrarium Yokuchi Janguru Soil - 1L
The specialized substrate is designed for the cultivation of exotic plants from the equatorial area in hobbyist conditions. It consists of high-quality natural raw materials modeled on the humus layer of the rainforest. It is characterized by an acid reaction, high humus content, natural clays with high iron content and activated carbon of the highest quality. As a result, this substrate is able to absorb toxic heavy metals, prevent the rotting of plant roots and eliminate unpleasant odors.
The substrate is available in granular form, which increases its permeability to oxygen. As a result, plants grown on this substrate have greater access to oxygen, which influences the growth of beneficial microorganisms in the substrate, as well as allows trouble-free gas exchange through the root system of plants.
Application: sprinkle Haisu base on the bottom of the terrarium/basin (about 4-5cm) then cover with a layer of Janguru Soil. Arrange the arrangement, plant the plants and water.
This substrate is versatile and can be used in different conditions and for different purposes. It can be successfully used in terrariums with high humidity, paludariums where it will be partially or completely flooded with water, jarred forests, potted crops and decoy kusa.
It is most often chosen for breeding woodlice, leafcutter and river frogs, as well as for breeding large frogs such as tomato frogs, horned frogs, etc. It can also be used for breeding geckos in terrariums with a lot of tropical plants, paludariums, aqua-terrariums for amphibians such as newts, toads and cockatoos, and for potting difficult and demanding plants.
