Terrarium drainage substrate Yokuchi Haisui Base - 2L
Yokuchi Haisui Base is a carefully selected mixture of minerals with a porous structure. It is ideal for growing tropical plants in hobbyist conditions. It provides adequate drainage for plant roots and optimizes the transport and storage of water in the substrate. This ensures that the plants have access to adequate water and do not struggle with flooding or overwatering.
Use: Sprinkle Haisui base on the bottom of the terrarium/basin (about 4-5cm) then cover with a layer of Jungur Soil. Arrange the arrangement, plant the plants and water.
The substrate can be successfully used in:
- terrariums with high humidity
- paludarium, where it will be partially or completely flooded with water
- forest in a jar
- potted crops
- lure kusa
